Profiles and Content

Your Haize profile is designed to be publicly accessible when shared. You are responsible for all content you add to your profile, including links, text, and media.

Haize may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

NFC Products and Activation

Haize may offer physical products such as NFC cards or stickers. These products link to your Haize profile when activated.

You are responsible for activating and managing your NFC products. If a card is lost or stolen, you should disable it through your account.

Haize is not responsible for unauthorized use of a card prior to it being disabled.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the Services may require payment, such as subscription plans or NFC products.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms in addition to these Terms.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Analytics and Data

Haize provides analytics such as profile views, taps, and link clicks. These insights are provided for informational purposes and may not be perfectly accurate.
